The School District Board of Directors will authorize the Eugene <br /> Boys Athletic Association to proceed with the installation of lights <br /> with the understanding that there will be no cost to the district <br /> either in the installation or in the maintenance of the lights. <br /> 11. The question of gate receipts, concessions, and the use of facilities <br /> for tournaments will be made matters of further conference and study <br /> and subject to final approval of the Board of Directors of School <br /> District No. 4 and the governing bodies of all the groups involved. <br /> 12.
