Reject poles are noted as 5N, 5A, or 5E
depending on severity of deterioration. We recommend that these
poles be replaced within one year, three months, and ASAP,
respectively.
There was considerable question as to the condition of cross arms
and attachments that could not be evaluated with binoculars. It may
be a wise precaution to replace these.
If you would be interested in a climbing inspection and treatment
we can provide that service to you. In our climbing experience in
western Oregon, we have found that there can be as much internal
decay in the above portion of poles as there is at the groundline
zone.
If you have any questions about the reports, please contact me.
Thank you for the business.
Sincerely 1/3
4 . 4- •
• / -
Guy G.
