Exhibit K <br /> SERVICES OF CITY <br /> The City agrees that its officials and employees will cooperate with RJN in the performance of <br /> services under this Agreement and will be available for consultation with RJN at such reasonable <br /> times as do not conflict with their other responsibilities. <br /> The City, without charge, will furnish or make available for examination or use by RJN as it may <br /> request any data which City may have available including, but not limited to: 1) copies of previously <br /> prepared reports, maps, plans, surveys, records, and other documents pertinent to this Agreement; 2) <br /> copies of ordinances, codes, regulations, other documents, and information related to this Agreement; <br /> and, 3) copies of information prepared by City, or others, which are related to this Agreement. City <br /> shall aid RJN in obtaining data from public offices or agencies whenever, in the opinion of RJN, such <br /> data is necessary for the completion of this Agreement. <br /> All deliverables submitted to the City will be checked within two weeks of delivery. RJN will be <br /> notified in writing of any pending delays in the review periods. <br /> The work procedures of RJN shall not affect the overall production schedule. Once a final acceptance <br /> is given on any deliverable product by the City, any further corrections or modifications required of <br /> RJN for that accepted product shall be billable to City at appropriate hourly rates as an extra. <br /> -K1- <br />
