At the January 13 meeting, the Budget <br /> Committee will review the Mission, Outcomes, Total System Measures, and <br /> Strategies /Objectives sections and 1) adopt them, 2) recommend changes, and /or 3) identify <br /> and forward issues to the Council. <br /> The Urban Forestry Service Team consisted of the following individuals: <br /> Mike Bellmore, Urban Forestry Technician <br /> John Luther, Tree Specialist <br /> Johnny Medlin, Maintenance Support Manager, Service Lead <br /> Dick Morgan, Parks Maintenance Manager <br /> Scott Plamondon, Urban Forester <br /> Adrian Stansfield, Landscape and Trees Supervisor <br /> A summary of the Team's evaluation of the process and product is on the next page. The <br /> Service Profile was reviewed by the Neighborhood Leaders Group prior to being forwarded to <br /> the Budget Committee.
