Medlin (ApR ►2 L7 19, Date: April 26, 1990 <br />fi > <br />Subject: Vegetation Abatement Rates <br />We have reviewed the Vegetation Management Program Cost <br />Analysis that you submitted, and we find it entirely adequate to <br />support the rate structure that you have recommended to the City <br />Manager. <br />The origin of this review was the decision by a hearings <br />officer that the previous rates were not supported by a <br />demonstrated connection between the program costs and the rates. <br />Your extensive analysis fully supports the rates you recommend. <br />As we have discussed on the telephone, your selection of the <br />year 1989 as the base year for your calculations can be <br />documented as an average or normal year.
