When we multiply the activity cost for a typical developed property abatement by the Maintenance Division's overhead rate of 32.8 % (see attached memo and Exhibit A), we get a calculated overhead cost of $23.02. Added to the calculated typical activity cost for such an abatement of $70.19, we get a total of $93.21 incurred by the City in the abatement of developed property vegetation nuisances.
