r
reallocating POS Bond Measure funds.
If development of athletic fields at Gilham Elementary School is determined to be a priority by
PW management staff, Parks Planning would take the following preliminary steps:
• Conduct a neighborhood -level public workshop to determine the level of public support
for the construction of ballfields at this location;
• Conduct a community -level workshop to assess public support for reallocating POS funds
from other projects within the northern portion of the Willakenzie planning area, which
include:
• POS #16: Upgrading of existing sports fields at Wallakenzie Elementary School
($80,000);
• POS #19: Completing development of Brewer Park ($75,000); and
• POS #32: General development of neighborhood park to be purchased near the
Sterling Woods subdivision ($250,000).
