ordinance. It will be stated in the vendor contracts that unless there are extenuating circumstances,
booths will need to close by 10 pm, and leave the park by 11 pm.
EEH Staff and hired security will then prepare to do a `sweep' around 10:30.
The Park Attendant will be kept in contact with head event organizers during this time of the
night as well.
Drug use
Illegal drug use that violates Federal, State, and Local laws use will not be tolerated and
discouraged by the hired security and Eugene Police at their own discretion. Open alcoholic
containers outside of the beer garden will be disposed of and strictly enforced.
VENDORS
Any arising issues should be voiced through the EEH Staff and and Incident Report should be
filled out if necessary.
Food Vendors will be required to have recognized health and sanitation permits.
PARKING & TRAFFIC
First 3 parking strips for handicap spaces, volunteers, vendors, entertainers, other VIP's. (132
Spaces Total)
The next 3 parking strips for attendees (132 Spaces Total).
Once these spaces are quickly filled, incoming traffic will be diverted down the park roads to the fields
in a controlled manner (similar to Art & the Vineyard, and Cuthberg Amphitheatre shows). See the
Site Map for notations of the paved parking areas.
When the unimproved grass fields fill up, the park will be closed to traffic immediately by EEH
parking staff at the North end of the first large paved parking Tots. After this closing, cars will only be
allowed to enter as others exit. This will be the primary way to prevent the park from becoming
overcrowded.
We will have a bicycle valet on site as well. The event will produce significant traffic loads on
Coburg Road the Ferry Street Bridge area. The traffic produced will slow traffic but shouldn't impede
it, if attendee projections don't skyrocket past estimates.
The poster for the event will list and highly encourage adjacent bike trails, and LTD bus routes.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Sprinkler heads will marked based on the location of activities by the Park Crew before the
start of the set -up of the event. This will reduce damage to the heads by attendees and vendors.
PARK CLEAN UP
During event there will be trash and recycling receptacles located in key locations including the
main entrance, and near the food booths, park shelters, stages, and near wash stations. Throughout
the event full containers will emptied by EEH staff.
Pickup of recyclables and garbage will take place as soon as possible starting Sunday
morning. The site itself will be gridded for any remaining rubbish by event planners and staff on
Sunday.
G4ntingency Plan Triggers & Response
Re es to Certain situations will be a cooperated effort by EEH staff, security, medical
teamsoind EPD, toEether in close phone or radio contact. It's important that identification of triggers
that may cause critical events is relayed to other parties by phone and radio, as shown on the EEH
Safety Plan.
