(We understand it may need to be replaced temporarily with a porcelain fixture while the <br /> stainless steel is ordered.) In the last few months every fixture in this restroom has been broken (except <br /> the cast iron "trough" urinal in the men's side). Serial breakage seems to be a "norm" here. We (the City) <br /> will spend less in the long run and disrupt service delivery to the public far less it we take this pragmatic <br /> measure at this time. I'd suggest that replacement "W /C's" also be ordered and used to replace the <br /> existing fixtures when they are broken. <br /> Page 1 <br />
