Shawn Boles supported the council decision on the West Eugene Parkway. Speaking directly to <br /> Mayor Torrey, he raised concem over support of projects that caused urban sprawl. <br /> Councilor Kelly thanked the BMX bikers for their testimony. He asked the City Manager for more <br /> information about a facility in Eugene and expressed a desire to explore the issue. <br /> Speaking to the issue of ward redistricting, Councilor Kelly was in favor of the idea of having <br /> neighborhood leaders represented during the process. <br /> Councilor Nathanson also thanked the BMX bikers for their comments.
