PUBLIC HEARING AND POSSIBLE ACTION: An Ordinance Concerning Unlawful Posting <br /> and Amending Section 4.050 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br /> In response to a question from Councilor Farr regarding what would happen if someone used a <br /> false name on a flyer posted illegally, City Attomey Glenn Klein said that if a person was falsely <br /> named there was a provision in the ordinance that allowed a person to file a swom affidavit that <br /> they did not do the posting and they would not be penalized. <br /> Mayor Torrey opened the public hearing.
