, <br /> ( <br /> Section 1. <br /> The officers of the committee shall consist of a Chair and Vice Chair, <br /> selected by the committee. <br /> Section 2. <br /> The Chair shall have the following duties: 1) facilitate committee <br /> meetings, 2) serve as contact for the media, 3) advise staff on meeting <br /> agendas, 4) serve as the committee spokesperson, and 5) serve as a <br /> mediator /initiate dispute resolution when necessary for the committee. <br /> The Vice Chair shall serve in the absence of the Chair or provide greater <br /> assistance at the request of the Chair. <br /> Section 3. <br /> Officers shall be elected for two year terms, and may be elected to <br /> additional two year terms, or until the end of their tenure on the CPC if <br /> that tenure is less than two years. <br /> ARTICLE VI.
