City of Eugene residents will be entitled to preferred facility access rates and program fees. <br /> Additionally, to the extent possible, the YMCA will provide scholarship subsidy to residents of <br /> the City who cannot otherwise afford YMCA programs. <br /> The YMCA will receive City approval before entering into any third -party program or service <br /> delivery contracts at this site, most notably and substantially the agreement with Bethel School <br /> District. <br /> The YMCA will ensure ongoing access to meeting rooms and classroom space for community <br /> use, insofar as such use is compatible with YMCA programming needs. <br /> Upon the development of an aquatics center, the City and the YMCA will negotiate its operating <br /> agreement at that time. <br /> The YMCA shall carry all necessary insurance to own facilities and operate programs, naming <br /> the City of Eugene as an additional insurer. <br />
