You have indicated that such a facility may be available on Coburg Road and that a <br /> lease similar to the city's lease with Willamette Valley Babe Ruth Baseball, Inc. may also be <br /> available for this facility. The foundation is certainly interested. <br /> Willamette Fastpitch Foundation is a newly created foundation funded by private donation. <br /> The Foundation is interested in promoting fastpitch softball and are also in a position to fund most <br /> capital improvements on a site chosen. Assistance in funding may be requested in certain areas <br /> through grants from the City of Eugene, Eugene Water and Electric Board, School District 4J, Lane <br /> County, and others. <br /> Our board is in the process of developing a capital budget and an operating budget. This <br /> information should be available soon.
