• Based on direction from Jim Johnson, the City has provided significant support for the Baseball <br /> Complex development, including payment of SDC's. and permit fees. The total estimated <br /> contribution to the Baseball Complex construction effort is approximately $380,000. (See <br /> attached spreadsheet) <br /> • Our current estimate shows that we still have adequate funding left to meet the bond measure <br /> commitments and complete Phases I and II of the park development. However, this means that <br /> additional support for the baseball complex, beyond that represented in the attached estimate, will <br /> need to be carefully evaluated. <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> A draft of the supplemental agreement is attached.
