In lieu of payment for: <br /> A. The first 20 years of the license term, Licensee <br /> shall: <br /> 1) Complete the building of an outfield <br /> fence, the installation of field <br /> lights, and installation of scoreboard <br /> (phase I) at an approximately fair <br /> market value of $200,000, which shall <br /> become the property of the Owner upon <br /> completion, said construction to be <br /> done by September, 1987. <br /> 2) Maintain field during summer months. <br /> B. In lieu of payment for the 21st through 40th years <br /> of the license term, Licensee shall: • _ <br /> 1) Complete phase II, of the construction <br /> by Sptember, 1993 at an approximate fair <br /> market value of $200,000. <br /> 2) Maintain field during summer months. <br /> C.
