Licensee shall have the exclusion use of what is <br /> known as the North Eugene High School Baseball Field for the <br /> playing of baseball games commencing the last weekend in May and <br /> ending one day after Labor day (herein "Summer Months ") of each <br /> of the fifty years of the license. To the extent it will not <br /> interfere with Licensee's exclusive use, Owner may, upon consent <br /> by Licensee, use the Field during this time period. <br /> The North Eugene High School Baseball Field premises <br /> Which Licensee shall be entitled to use are those in the cross . . <br /> hatched area on Exhibit A attached hereto. In addition, <br /> Licensee, for the purpose of parking vehicles only at each game, <br /> shall have the right to use that portion of the double cross- <br /> ..hatched area as shown on Exhibit A, which is the parking facility <br /> north of the NEHS Baseball Field, the-parking facility adjacent <br /> and westerly to the North Eugene High School, and the parking <br /> facility'east and adjacent to the NEHS, known as the "faculty" <br /> parking lot. <br /> 2 - SWEDE JOHNSON STADIUM LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />
