The effective date of the <br /> Agreement. is May 5, 1986 <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. Licensee's board members and supporters have started <br /> a project on the North Eugene High School Baseball Facility <br /> (herein "NEHS Baseball Field ") which envisions a three -phase <br /> construction of a multi - activity facility, to be called "Swede <br /> Johnson Memorial Stadium ". The facility will be built upon the <br /> owner's real property and upon completion and acceptance of each <br /> phase, each phase improvement shall be owned by the owner. The <br /> three (3) phases are as follows: <br /> a. Phase I - Outfield fence, field lighting, <br /> and scoreboard. <br /> b. Phase II - Dug -outs, boxseat area and building <br /> containing lockerrooms and concession stands; <br /> c. Phase III - Bleacher seating above concession <br /> stand and press box. <br /> 2. Licensee, in consideration of the efforts to plan, <br /> fund and build the stadium facility, desires a fifty (50) year <br /> license to use the facility during the summer months. <br /> 3. Licensee has. not, as of the execution of this <br /> License Agreement, procurred all of the donations, gifts and <br /> contributions to complete the stadium project as planned, and the <br /> 1 - SWEDE JOHNSON STADIUM LICENSE AGREEMENT • <br />
