4. The access to Coburg Rd. at the NW corner of this area appears to be a reasonable location for a major
driveway or local street connection. It might eventually need to be signalized, and this appears feasible as
it is about 1300 feet from the Y intersection to the south. That southerly intersection might also need
eventual signalization, and in any case is likely to require some redesign in the future to deal safely with
increasing traffic on both Coburg and County Farm. Future redesign of that intersection should consider a
possible street or driveway access to the east, as part of the long -range access to the 4J area and also for
the purpose of replacing one or both existing Kinney Loop intersections on Coburg Rd.
5. Future street access and connectivity for the Crescent Meadows area is still envisioned to happen as
shown on the Willakenzie Region map in the back of the adopted Local Street Plan. If the rectangular
parcel northwest of Crescent Meadows develops residentially instead of as a park, the street layout for that
area will be able to provide for street connections, or private access, into the 4J property west of that
parcel.
PS - -We should be talking with Lane County about this too, especially the access we envision in the near
future at the NW corner of the parcel.
Page 2
