Lessee shall have no authority or right to order a contract for <br /> any product, service, labor or material to be paid for by the Owner. <br /> 14.1 Lessee shall not allow any liens to be placed against the Owner's property, including <br /> the premises, and if any such liens are so placed, Lessee shall take all actions necessary to remove <br /> the liens within ten (10) days. <br /> 15. Compliance with Laws. Lessee, and all users by permission by Lessee, shall comply with <br /> all applicable federal, state and municipal laws including but not limited to public compacting ;laws <br /> od the Standard City Contract Provisions, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> 16. Owner's Access to Premises. Owner shall have access to all portions of the premises for <br /> the purposes of inspecting the premises' condition and exercising any right or power reserved by <br /> Owner under this lease. <br /> 17. Default. Lessee's failure or neglecting to perform any obligation imposed upon Lessee <br /> by this lease shall constitute an act of default. Lessee shall remedy the default within thirty (30) <br /> days of the date Owner provides written notice of the default to Lessee. If Lessee fails to remedy <br /> the default within thirty (30) days, at any time thereafter and while the default continues, Owner <br /> at its option may either (1) without further notice or demand, enter onto the premises and cure the <br /> default, and may charge the expense of curing the default to Lessee, or (2) upon ten (10) days <br /> further notice of Owner's intent to terminate the lease and Lessee's failure to cure the default <br /> within that time, terminate the lease.
