DECLARATION OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY <br /> May 26, 1995 r . <br /> I DECLARE THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES AS SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY: <br /> A portion of Tax Lot No.17- 04- 01 -21- 00500, Lane County, Oregon, more <br /> particularly described as <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 18 of Spring Creek Gardens as platted and recorded on File 75, <br /> Slide 66 and 67, Lane County Oregon Plat records; thence North 89 20' Welt 10.00 feet to a point being <br /> the true point of beginning; thence South 0 40' West 62.97 feet to a point, said point being the southeast <br /> corner of said tract; thence South 73 10' West 41.86 feet along the south line of said tract to a point; thence <br /> leaving the south line of said tract North 16 50' West 26.33 feet along the west line of said tract to a point; <br /> thence North 45 52' 09" East 69.55 feet to the point of beginning containing 2058 square feet, more or <br /> less. <br /> METHOD OF DISPOSAL of this property will be <br /> Exchange for an equal size and value portion of Tax Lot No 17- 04- 01 -21- <br /> 00501, Lane County, Oregon, more particularly described as <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 18 of Spring Creek Gardens as platted and recorded on file 75, <br /> slide 66 and 67, Lane County Oregon Plat records; thence northerly along the west boundary of Spring <br /> Creed Gardens and the east boundary of the above described tact 205.77 feet to the northwest comer of the <br /> above described tract; thence North 89 20' West 10.00 feet along the north boundary of said tract; thence <br /> southerly along the boundary of said tract 205.77 feet to a point which bears 89 20' West from the <br /> southwest corner of said lot 18; thence South 89 20' East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br /> 2058 square feet, more or less. <br /> • <br /> Micheal D.
