The separate agreement will specify the conditions <br /> under which City will provide a project manager. <br /> Section 2: Length of Agreement. <br /> 2.1 Original Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of this <br /> Agreement and continue for a period of thirty (30) years, unless terminated as provided in <br /> section 12. <br /> 2.2 [1-2} Ten Year Review.
