(4) There shall be joint responsibility by City and District for completing <br /> maintenance work. <br /> Section 7 Field Surface Replacement <br /> City and District agree to jointly fund the replacement costs of the artificial <br /> surfaces approximately in proportion to the amount of their use and impact on the <br /> surfaces. Failure to pay for a pro -rata share of the replacement cost could result in a <br /> pro -rata reduction of use. <br /> Section 8 Rental, Concession and Ticket Revenue <br /> 8.1 City and District Sponsored Events. Neither City nor District <br /> sponsored events will have a rental charge. <br /> 8.2 Other Reserved Use. District's rental rates shall apply to the use of the <br /> fields. There will be a rental rate for the reserved use of athletic fields, including <br /> football, soccer, softball, and baseball fields. <br /> 8.3 Rental Revenue. All rental revenue will be used for maintenance, <br /> custodial services, and operations as mutually agreed by City and District. <br /> 8.4 Concession and Ticket Revenue. <br /> (1) Concession and ticket revenue generated by City or District sponsored <br /> events shall be retained by the respective agency. <br /> (2) District shall receive twenty percent (20 %) of the gross concession and <br /> ticket receipts from non City or District sponsored events. All such revenue will be <br /> used for maintenance, custodial services, and operations as mutually agreed by City and <br /> District. <br /> Section 9 Field Names <br /> District reserves the right to name the four multi - purpose artificial surface fields <br /> after consultation with City and the User Committee. <br /> Section 10 Sponsorship and Advertising <br /> District reserves the right to determine sponsorships, advertising, and <br /> concessions related to the multi -use fields after consultation with the User Committee. <br /> Section 11 Special Campus Concerns <br /> 11.1 Campus Security.
