The Development. An athletic field will be constructed within the tracks at North Eugene High <br /> School and Churchill High School (CHS). An athletic field will be constructed just to the north <br /> and west of the community center at Sheldon High School (SHS) and just to the north of the <br /> track at South Eugene High School.
