This agreement is drafted in the spirit of cooperation and mutual <br /> public benefit which has guided the existing partnerships. After <br /> the initia olicy and procedures, the User Committee shall meet on a regular <br /> schedule, per year, to review operations and address problems that may have arisen <br /> regarding faci i field use or interpretation of policies. <br /> The User Committee will decide criteria for field use agreements, recommend changes to any <br /> applicable fee structures, annually review the percentage of use by the city, 4 -J and community <br /> groups to evaluate compliance with the terms of this agreement and to provide percentages of use <br /> for any additional maintenance agreements. Additionally, the User Committee will review and <br /> recommend policy regarding sponsorship and advertising signs and site supervision. <br />
