Needless to say this has been an interesting <br /> process b date. As a follow -up to our discussions, we offer the following scope of services and <br /> fee to complete the design and construction administration of the Multi Synthetic Turf Athletic <br /> Fields for the above mentioned project. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> WRG Design /Athletica will complete the design of the Multi -use Synthetic Turf Athletic Fields at <br /> Churchill High SchoollICennedy Middle School, Sheldon High School/Meadowlark — Buena Vista <br /> ElementerySchool, South Eugene High School, and North Eugene High School. The design will <br /> include the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction <br /> Administration for: <br /> 1. All architecture drawings for the synthetic turf fields <br /> 2. All engineering plans for the under - dralnage system Including the connection to the <br /> existing systems on site or adjacent to the site. <br /> 3. All track and field modifications and upgrades In and around the synthetic turf fields. <br /> 4. All specifications for the synthetic bJrf fields, back and field modificatione/upgrades, <br /> grading, and under drainage. <br /> S. Coordination with WBGS's consulting electrical engineer for placement of lighting system <br /> components, and electrical services for on -field use, <br /> We have included the following assumptions in developing our fee. <br /> 1, WGBS wiN take the lead in all permitting, plan assembly, printing, and bidding. WRG will <br /> provide technical assistance during the bidding process, <br /> 2. All site plans and survey information will be supplied by WBGS and the School <br /> District/City in AutoCAD format, <br /> 3. WGBS wiN obtain written sign-off from the City and the School District of approval for <br /> each phase of the design (SD, DD, and CD's) before WRG begins the next phase. <br /> 4.
