The Development. An athletic field will be constructed within the tracks at NEHS and CHS. An <br /> athletic field will be constructed just to the north and west of the community center at SHS and <br /> just to the north of the track at SEHS. The youth sports complex components will be constructed <br /> on the CHS/Kennedy MS campus, in the NW corner of the Cal Young MS campus and on the <br /> SHS campus. <br /> Length of Agreement. This agreement shall be in effect for 10 years with at least two automatic <br /> 10 -year renewals upon consent of City and 47. It is the intent of the drafters and siers of this <br /> agreement that the agreement be reviewed and updated by the City and D €ct: 10 years. <br /> Ownership.
