The sponsor of a scheduled event is responsible for site supervision during the <br /> event. Th§pggicimplittee will recommend policies for ongoing site supervision and <br /> accountabilityprgiiii site conditions, hazards, rowdiness, crime, etc. that provide a <br /> mechanism for public users to report site conditions. <br /> Site Clean (for events and on a regular basis). Event clean is the responsibility of the <br /> sponsor of an event. Responsibility for routine site clean-up will be defined in the separate <br /> maintenance agreement between the City and 4J. <br /> Concession and Ticket Revenue. <br />
