The Parks and Open Space Division (POSD) will pay for all costs of <br /> improvement to the east half of the public portion of Ridgewood Drive abutting <br /> the POSD's property. Such improvements will be made pursuant to the plans <br /> prepared by Poage Engineering and previously delivered to the POSD. However, <br /> the POSD will not pay for any of the cost of the new asphalt paving. All of the <br /> cost of the new asphalt paving will be paid by us. <br /> 2. The POSD will pay for the costs of improvements to the east half of the private <br /> portion of Ridgewood Drive abutting the POSD's property. Such improvements <br /> will be made pursuant to the plans prepared by Poage Engineering and previously <br /> delivered to the POSD. However, the POSD will not pay for the cost of any of the <br /> new asphalt paving. All of the cost of the new asphalt paving will be paid by us. <br /> 3. We will solicit bids from at least three qualified contractors to do the work and <br /> will award the work to the lowest responsible bidder. Copies of all bids will be <br /> delivered to the POSD. <br /> 4. The costs of the improvements will also include but_not be limited to the costs of <br /> design, permits, road topography, surveys and inspections. The parties will <br /> equally share all such costs. <br /> 5. After the graveled road portion has been installed, we will submit one bill to <br /> POSD with supporting documentation for the POSD's share of the costs as <br /> outlined above.
