The costs for any underground utilities shown on the plans or any new gate that <br /> may be installed will be paid entirely by us. We will provide you access keys to <br /> the gate so that you may continue to use the easement. <br /> 7. This letter is not intended to amend the easement rights or obligations of either <br /> party under the easement, but rather to provide an acceptable arrangement <br /> between the parties for this proposed improvement of the road and allocation of <br /> such costs between the parties. <br /> 8. For your budget purposes, we estimate the POSD's share of the costs pursuant to <br /> this letter to be less than $30,000. We anticipate starting construction within the <br /> next few months. <br /> This simple letter agreement is acceptable to us for the limited purpose of constructing <br /> the proposed improvements.
