Lead on this issue has been transferred to Ken Doud for execution of the sale, but I can give you the <br /> following: <br /> Louise has been given a key to the property and has had at least one work party at the site to clean up the <br /> landscape, roof gutters, and perform some drainage work. She has vendors looking inside the house to prepare <br /> estimates for improvement/repairs she feels are needed. She has not moved into the property as of yet. Louise <br /> was very concemed about her cash flow in that whenever the move took place she only wanted to be making <br /> rent/payments on her current and the new property for one month. <br /> We received the appraisal which is for $ 107,500. This I'm sure pleased Louise since there was a thought it <br /> may be $10 -20K higher. Ken Doud had some concems with the appraisal which required discussion with the <br /> - appraiser and cost a little time but those have been resolved. A draft of the sales agreement was given to Louise <br /> to have her attorney review. Some minor changes have been made at her request as a result of this. Tentative <br /> agreement on the provisions has been reached and a final draft is being prepared.
