As we gave them such a permit we could also list conditions of entry, safety <br /> precautions, limitations of where they can go, etc. <br /> Incidently, Dan Wirth spent a number of years working in the national park system, and has good ideas about <br /> trail, how they are designed and used, and safety issues.
