City of Eugene, Purchasing Office <br /> ATTN: Carol Case <br /> Property Manager <br /> 860 West Park Avenue - Suite 300 <br /> Eugene, Or . 97401 <br /> (503) 687 -5054 <br /> fax (503) 341 -5802 <br /> Likewise, questions concerning the specifications and requirements as stated in the RFB should be <br /> directed to Carol Case, Property Manager. <br /> All questions regarding procurement procedures and policies must be received at least five (5) <br /> working days prior to the RFB's closing date and addressed to the individual listed above. <br /> SUBMISSION OF BIDS/NUMBER OF COPIES <br /> In order to be considered for selection, bidders must submit a complete response to this RFB. <br /> Bidders should submit one original and three (3) copies of the bid. <br /> The original and all copies of the bid and all supplemental materials should be bundled together <br /> for submission. The original and all copies and associated materials must be submitted to the City <br /> of Eugene, Purchasing Office at the address listed in City Contacts, General Information section. <br /> The original and all copies of the bid must be signed by a representative of the Bidder who is duly <br /> authorized to sign such documents. <br /> In submitting a response to the RFB, the Bidder represents and warrants that they have <br /> sufficiently informed themselves in all matters affecting performance of the work, furnishing of the <br /> labor, supplies, material and equipment called for in the bid; that they have checked their bid for <br /> errors and omissions; and that purchase prices stated in their bid are correct as intended. <br /> Each bid shall state a period of time for which it is valid and may be accepted by the City. All bids <br /> must be firm for 180 calendar days after the closing date of the bid. <br /> Bids shall be submitted in sealed packages or envelopes, and should be clearly marked "Bid to be <br /> opened March 31, 1995; Purchase and Relocation of Surplus Structures ". <br /> Bids must be received prior to the closing date and time specified. No bids received after the <br /> closing time specified will be accepted. Bid closing and bid opening dates and times are <br /> synonymous. Bids shall be delivered to the address listed in City Contacts, GENERAL <br /> INFORMATION sections. The City is not responsible for any bids delivered to any location <br /> other than the one in City Contacts, General Information section. <br /> 4 <br />
