The proposal <br /> recommends for the City's release of the northern 25.83 acres of the ponds <br /> site in exchange for the City's acquiring 13.84 acres of the adjacent owners' <br /> lands. The City would retain the south 10.52 acres of the City owned parcel <br /> which contains one of the ponds.
