All revenue options - <br /> including dedicated revenues - must be considered. <br /> 4 Councilors should spend more time attending neighborhood meetings in their <br /> ward. <br /> 4 Create a "grants" program for neighborhood projects. Fund "grants" budget each <br /> year, annual application and award process. <br /> II -5 <br />
