Localized <br /> conversation about what's important, where you don't need a high level of <br /> information to participate. <br /> Short-term task force on an issue. <br /> Generate genuine input from regular folks and allow for give and take. <br /> 3 Improve public notice. <br /> Have the material appear bigger, in a more predictable place. <br /> Put the information in several publications. <br /> Include meetings, coming events, upcoming issues. <br /> Give a month's notice, not just week -to -week <br /> II -4 <br />
