Canopies and other Equipment - Setting up or constructing any temporary structures, including, but not limited to canopies and tents without permission from the City of Eugene is prohibited. 10. Supervision - The applicant is responsible for supervision of the facilities being used during the time he or she is scheduled using the facility. 11. The City of Eugene reserves the right;, to monitor the event at any time for compliance with the regulations, policies and terms of this application. 12. Failure to comply with the regulations, policies and terms of this application may cause the using group to lose the right to use the facilities. 13. The City of Eugene reserves the right to delegate responsibilities to representatives of Eugene School District 4J. Additional Regulations and Guidelines for Special Use Permits Event organizers may be required to pay additional fees and /or perform additional responsibilities when applying for a special use permit. 1. -Security and Traffic Control - Event organizers may be required to provide security and traffic control depending on the type of event and the number of expected participants and spectators. 2. Restrooms - If there are not enough on -site restrooms, portable restrooms must be provided and removed at the expense of the event organizer. Organizers must -3-
