No signs will be permitted that <br /> advertise alcohol, tobacco, or other activities that are inappropriate for school <br /> sites. <br /> 4. Event Schedule and Site Plan - Special event organizers may be required to <br /> provide an event schedule and site plan (clean -up, supervision, layout, etc.,) prior <br /> to approval. <br /> 5. Concessions and Ticket Receipts - Eugene School District 4J receives 20% of <br /> all gross concession and ticket receipts. Special event permit holders may <br /> contract with food and other vendors as part of their;, scheduled event, only with <br /> written permission from the City of Eugene.
