THERE ARE INFANTS, SCHOOL CHILDREN AND ADULTS <br /> LIVING ADJACENT TO THE FIELDS THAT REQUIRE QUIET TIME TO SLEEP." <br /> Attached is a letter dated November 14, 2001, from William (Bill) and Shirley Portis sent <br /> to Doug Smith with copies to Jeff Faust and myself. Bill is concerned with VIP parking <br /> on the Sheldon Track surface. He is concerned about the surface being damaged, as it <br /> likely is not designed for vehicle traffic.
