Following final construction of GCP, City shall be responsible for all <br /> maintenance and operations work required on the Springfield- Eugene <br /> portions of the Glenwood Connector Path and the grade immediately <br /> adjacent as described in Exhibit A. This includes but is not limited to <br /> noxious weed removal, litter removal, repair or replacement of <br /> pavement, rails, retaining walls, signs, painting, lighting, damage to <br /> traffic appurtenances, which are caused by theft, vandalism, natural <br /> occurrences, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
