Also — if someone else is writing the contract, can you find out what the contract number will be? I <br />will need to reference it in the requisition. <br />Regarding the funding — if I understand correctly, you want it to look like this for a PO total of $97,732 (or is the total <br />supposed to be $94,362 ?): <br />$ 3,370 — (187 - 9335- 62900- 935662) — I believe this is the general donation account, I'm just not sure if it should come <br />out of 186 or 187 — that might be a question for Lacey. <br />$94,362 — GJN 100046 (account #321- 9335 - 61739 - 935452) — I'm showing there is $5,289 appropriated to this account. Is <br />this correct? Maybe also another question for Lacey. Lacey — I'm starting to wonder if there was a BJE email that I missed <br />to move some money to different projects, but I can't seem to find one. <br />Thanks, <br />Julie <br />From: PROUDFOOT Emily A <br />Sent: Thursday, July 17, 2014 12:05 PM <br />To: SCHAFER Julie J <br />Subject: Mangan /Bethel Requisition <br />Hi Julle — <br />I have given Jim Ulrich the go -ahead to move forward with signing a contract with Rexius for the landscape renovation <br />project at Mangan and Bethel Parks. <br />The good job number for the project is 100046, but we'll also be using $3,370 of Donation Fund money to pour concrete <br />bench pads for some donor benches in Golden Gardens Park. The remainder of the contract amount will come from the <br />Good Job Number and it's a total of $94,362. <br />Thanks for your help on this O <br />Emily <br />
