Below, Neil has outlined where all of the <br />remaining fund 321$ should be reallocated to. Some are current projects, others are new and you will need a project <br />authorization form from Neil's shop to complete. <br />The new projects that Neil will process an PAF for are: <br />1) Trainsong Lighting Improvement <br />2) Awbrey Park Bridge <br />&ops,73) Amazon Park playground. (1 don't find a project for this one ... but I thought there was. So you can double -check <br />on the chart of account, and /or with Emily to see if there is one and it's just not showing up in my reporting <br />tool). <br />Current Projects: L� <br />0 1 Spencer Butte Summit Trail -• 935382. This project needs $80K more, so in addition to the $,33;72 from fund <br />321, please also transfer $46,a 336 - 905012922 (SDC rehab money) to this project, so the total budget <br />increases by $80K. 14 - 7,g0`1 �rla�i <br />2) Bethel Landscape renovation -- 935452. In addition to the funding coming from 321, Craig is wanting to add <br />$30K more, but we won't be able to add this funding until S131 in FY15, so you will only BJE the 321 funding listed <br />below for now. <br />The Skinner Butte Wayfinding project. Neil wants to zero out �1 e�321 funding of this project, but transfer some <br />I.4r4 SDC funds in Ut Oroject, to keep the project balance at $- , 00. So when you zero out the 321 funding, <br /><� r please add $ 0 of 3 36 funding to this project (No grant code, this funding is coming from the new capacity <br />portion of SDCs). You can transfer money from 336 - 975222. <br />You can do the BJE for the current projects anytime, but the new projects will have to have a PAF first. <br />Thank you!
