Federal Emergency Management Agency E- Grants Page 5 of 11 <br /> As described in 44 CFR 13.43 and in accordance with State requirements, <br /> applicant must maintain all project related records for a period of six (6) <br /> years from applicant closure. <br /> No mitigation opportunities have been identified. This project worksheet is <br /> for emergency work only; therefore mitigation is not eligible. <br /> The applicant is not requesting Direct Administrative Costs that are directly <br /> chargeable to this specific project. <br /> Any change to the approved scope of work on a Project Worksheet (PW) <br /> must be reported to Oregon Office of Emergency Management and <br /> approved before work begins. Failure to report changes may jeopardize <br /> federal funding. <br /> The applicant is required to adhere to local, state, and at a minimum, federal <br /> procurement requirements for all purchases of goods and materials and <br /> contracting services funded under this project per 44 CFR 13.36. <br /> The applicant is responsible for obtaining all applicable Federal, State and <br /> local permits and compliance with applicable laws for removal, staging, <br /> processing, hauling, disposal or burning of debris for this disaster at an <br /> approved landfill or disposal site <br /> Accelerated Debris Removal (85% Federal Share): Sub- grantee has chosen <br /> to participate in the Accelerated Debris Removal Alternative Procedure. All <br /> work was completed within the first 30 days after the start of the incident <br /> period, reimbursable at the authorized 85% Federal Share. <br /> Force Account Labor (Straight- Time): Sub grantee has chosen to participate <br /> in the Straight -Time Force Account Labor Alternative Procedure for Debris <br /> Removal. As a result, straight -time force account labor, including fringe <br /> benefits, will be reimbursed on the PW. <br /> Hazard Mitigation Proposal <br /> Is effective mitigation feasible on this site?
