Reassignment <br /> to an "established and properly classified" position at the same grade (p14.22, Table <br /> 14 -D, NOAC 721) <br /> ... is a significant personnel action, which requires notice via an approved Form 50. <br /> For the record, I have additional fine- grained concerns about the workload expectations during <br /> this detail, breadth of assignments, scope of responsibilities, and related issues. While time is <br /> also of the essence in addressing these concerns, I recognize that it may require a day or more to <br /> resolve these additional points, and so for clarity I'm explaining them in a separate memo today. <br /> Again, Chuck, I want to stress that I understand that it is management's prerogative to assign me <br /> to a detail and eventually to re- assign me to a new established and properly classified position. <br /> However, I would greatly appreciate if established personnel policies and procedures can be <br /> adhered to during these transitions. <br /> Thank you for working with me to clarify the description of this 120 day detail. <br />
