The <br /> communication between groups can improve. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision- Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and so /id thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations orso/utions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
