Jackie H., Margaret <br /> (facilitator) <br /> The Purpose of this Team: To develop a framework that ensures continuous improvement of the p <br /> Plan Review Process utilizing a conflict resolution model as appropriate and case studies to identify L1 P LC <br /> successes and opportunities for improvement. / <br /> This Team was Formed Because: Recent changes in the Plan Review Process (including land -use <br /> and PIC Building review) have had negative effects on Maintenance, Parks and Open Space and <br /> Transportation divisions. The utilization of 131 funds for 151 work due to the self- supporting mandate <br /> and the resulting lack of funds for Planning staff are identified as a key contributing factor. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision- Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and solid thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations or solutions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
