Explore ways to improve <br /> communication, integration and overall effectiveness of the separate work groups within the three <br /> divisions. <br /> This Team was Formed Because: There is a desire to strengthen /improve the relationship between <br /> Maintenance and Transportation crews and to explore opportunities for equipment and personnel <br /> resource sharing. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision - Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and solid thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations or solutions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
