(facilitators) <br /> The Purpose of this Team: To clarify interdivisional roles and responsibilities for decision - making <br /> and communication among staff and appropriate stakeholders for different types of projects. <br /> This Team was Formed Because: Decisions such as staffing or budgeting for bond projects that are <br /> made by one division often negatively impact the timelines and project progress by another division. <br /> These decisions are not communicated to the staff who are working with the public. The <br /> communication between groups can improve. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision - Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and solid thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations or solutions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
