• <br /> TEAM FORMATION PLAN <br /> Issue: Barriers between Engineering /Transportation, POS and Maintenance divisions <br /> Team Members: Mark S., Jim, Fred, Jeff, Dave R., Brian G., Nathan D., Johnny, Andrea R., Roland <br /> (facilitator) <br /> The Purpose of this Team: Identify significant areas of communication breakdown and explore ways <br /> to improve interaction and daily coordination. <br /> This Team was Formed Because: There are factors in place that cause barriers between the <br /> divisions and their respective crews. This issue focuses on actual communications, perceptions and <br /> common understandings of what are appropriate types of communication. Direct relationships between <br /> crews are set out in a separate issue. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision - Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and solid thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations or solutions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
