This issue focuses on actual communications, perceptions and <br /> common understandings of what are appropriate types of communication. Direct relationships between <br /> crews are set out in a separate issue. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision - Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and solid thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations or solutions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
