4 S
TABLE 40V
Urban growth boundary should not be moved due to agricultural land.
97404
1 just think the agricultural land needs to be left alone.
I think they are trying to take prime farm land and valuable assets to the area.
1 just think the land is far more valuable for agriculture. Urban sprawl is not what we want.
I think the agricultural land is very important and shouldn't be used for housing.
I just don't want to see that agricultural land destroyed.
feel that the agricultural land should be preserved. There is a nice big wild park off of Beacon already.
I know where they want to put it and it is on prime agricultural land. I think the government has stuck its nose too deep into the
Santa Clara area already.
There are two other directions that the city could develop for housing - east and west- Glenwood and west 11th and 18th. The
farmland is very important and the park would be nice.
No houses. I am for the Lone Pine farms and I don't want there to be houses encroaching on the agricultural land.
The traffic and the decline of agricultural land that would be available.
To protect the agriculture land. It is very important.
fi
We need the farm land. l hate to see so many houses being built.
We use up all the farmland, what are we going to eat. I would just hate to see anything happen to the farms out here. It
sounds like another excuse to raise our taxes.
1 don't know what kind of land is involved and I would like to reserve
Ike to know about. to p reserve land. There are a lot of others details I would
Mostly traffic, which would affect me a lot, and we need to save the farmland. Oh, and the schools are crowded enough.
1 an uncomfortable with the developer's attitude. He the same as said he doesn't care what we think, we don't matter. I don't
think they thought out about how the traffic would be affected. Love farms.
River Road is gridlocked, and how will you get 2000 more cars on it. Northwest Expressway couldn't handle it either. We have
Class A farmland that isn't to be developed, and they are planning on it.
wouldn't want increased traffic, increase school size, and I want to preserve the farms.
think the whole deal is shady. It will increase traffic tremendously, takes up farmland; we don't have enough policing in this
area
Building on prime agricultural land - soon there won't be any left.
We already have enough parks. Don't want to see more agricultural land given to building.
Agricultural, traffic, increase of students and not being able to accommodate them tax wise.
don't want the 2 projects to be connected in any way. One should not affect the other. Preserve agricultural land. Utilize
available land within the existing boundary, developing small neighborhoods.
Don't like to see the farmland gone. Don't think we need a huge park with the traffic problems. Should build several smaller
parks. Don't want additional housing with traffic problems.
